By accessing gulfportconcretecontractor.com or engaging Gulfport Concrete for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Gulfport Concrete provides concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalks, retaining walls, stamped concrete, and related services. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Gulfport, MS and surrounding areas. The scope of any individual project will be defined in a written estimate or contract provided prior to work beginning.
Written estimates are provided free of charge and are based on conditions observed during an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is issued. We will notify you of any changes before beginning additional work. Verbal estimates are not binding.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, and permit timelines. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather, supply delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may result in a restocking or materials fee.
Payment schedules are outlined in the written contract for each project. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project start date, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to halt work on projects where payment is overdue.
You agree to provide accurate information about the project site, including property boundaries, existing utilities, and any conditions that may affect the work. It is your responsibility to contact utility locating services (such as 811) prior to any excavation work, unless we have agreed in writing to handle this on your behalf. You are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, landscaping, and personal property before work begins.
Permits required for the scope of work will be identified during the estimate process. The responsibility for obtaining permits will be specified in the project contract. All work performed by Gulfport Concrete is carried out in accordance with applicable local building codes and Mississippi state contractor licensing requirements.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms, if applicable, will be specified in the written project contract. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, settling due to pre-existing soil conditions not disclosed prior to the project, tree root intrusion, or acts of nature. Material warranties, if provided by the manufacturer, are passed through to the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulfport Concrete's liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
